Flavia Cristina Oliveira Santos (SC)
Master in Legal Sciences by the Post-Graduation Program of the Universidade do Vale do Itajaí - UNIVALI in the research line Environmental Law, Transnationality and Sustainability. Post graduate in State Law from the Federal University of Santa Catarina - UFSC; in Labor Law, Labor Procedure and Social Security Law from the National Institute for Higher Education and Research - INESP; and in Domestic Violence against Children and Adolescents from the University of São Paulo - USP. Head Professor of the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses in Law at UNIVALI, in the disciplines of Labor Law, Labor Procedure, Legal Practice. Lawyer with emphasis in Labor Law, Administrative, Constitutional, Environmental, and Diffuse Social and Cultural Collective Rights. Served as Attorney General of the Municipality of Itajaí (2005-2007).
